Marketing Expert in Tenerife

As a Marketing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing team’s efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with senior marketing professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, data analysis, and campaign management.

Responsibilities

· Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more. This may involve writing, editing, or coordinating with content creators.

· Digital Marketing: Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click advertising, social media ads, and email marketing. Monitor performance and provide insights to enhance campaigns.

· Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Use tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation software to generate reports and make data-driven recommendations.

· Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence. Schedule posts, engage with the audience, and contribute to social media strategy development.

Requirements and skills

· BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field (master’s degree preferred)

· A minimum of 5 years proven comparable working experience in marketing (mandatory)

· Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media management tools, analytics tools).

· Solid expertise in project management, specifically handling multiple projects simultaneously

· Event and Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis of marketing events and initiatives. Assist with logistics, coordination, and promotion.

· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform marketing strategies.

· Email Marketing: Assist in building and segmenting email lists, creating email campaigns, and analyzing email performance.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.

· Reporting: Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance and present findings to the team. Use insights to make continuous improvements.

Requirements and skills

· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

· Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Language requirements: Spanish and English: Business fluent (mandatory)
